Break Free From Persistent Pain

If you've been told your pain is something you need to "manage", you haven't been shown how to move differently. We work with people living with chronic pain, nerve pain and recurring flare-ups by correcting the root cause — dysfunctional biomechanics.

No more temporary fixes. Our focus isn't short-term relief — it's restoring efficient movement so pain no longer needs to be managed.

Different Types of Pain — One Common Root

Most people are handed pain medicine or therapy like CBT to cope. These can help with short-term pain or mindset — but they don't correct the physical imbalances driving long-term, persistent pain.

Acute pain

Sharp pain caused by a sudden injury or flare-up.

Chronic pain conditions

Pain that lingers for months or years without resolving.

Nerve pain

Burning, tingling or numbness related to posture and joint compression.

Pain that limits daily life

When pain starts affecting daily activities and quality of life.

Pain-Elimination Plans, Not Pain-Management Plans

Typical pain specialists design management plans built on medication, CBT or passive treatments. While these can support mental resilience, they rarely improve biomechanics. We're different.

We retrain how your body shares load

We build evidence-based training programs that improve posture, gait and muscle sequencing — removing the source of compression and inflammation instead of masking it.

  • Spinal alignment — reducing disc and nerve irritation.
  • Ribcage mechanics — reducing referred pain and headaches.
  • Hip and knee loading — common in long-term joint pain.

We restore your capacity

Living with chronic pain affects sleep, mood, focus and relationships. By restoring how your body moves, we don't just reduce pain — we improve your quality of life so you can return to the things you love with strength and confidence.

A Tailored Process for Long-Term Pain

Built for people with chronic pain and movement dysfunction who've tried everything else.

1

Comprehensive Assessment

Gait and posture analysis to identify compensations, plus a review of the lifestyle factors affecting your inflammation and recovery.

2

Weekly Corrective Sessions

Focused on improving muscular coordination, tension management and breathing mechanics — designed for people who've exhausted other options.

3

Long-Term Integration

No passive stretching or random exercise. Every movement retrains your body to sustain pressure and reduce pain naturally.

"Before starting FP I was in chronic pain from head to toe on the left side of my body and had suffered constant headaches for most of my adult life. It was taking a toll mentally too — low mood, irritability, unable to concentrate. After multiple physiotherapy and remedial massage appointments I was left frustrated when my pain wasn't getting any better. After 8 months training with Jen I can now move better, with more tension in my body, and I'm completely pain free. At 35 this is the best I've ever felt in my life. Starting with FP has been a life saver — thank you Jen."

Chronic Conditions We Work With

A few of the long-standing pain patterns we regularly help — by correcting the movement driving them.

Lower Back Pain & Physiotherapy Alternatives

Back pain is rarely a "disc problem" — it's usually a whole-body sequencing issue. We retrain the glutes, rib cage and pelvis to share load evenly so pain reduces long-term instead of flaring every few months.

Hip Pain After Running

Commonly caused by internal rotation deficits and over-dominant hip flexors. We correct the rotation timing of the pelvis and improve glute engagement so your hip handles impact smoothly.

Groin & Pubic Bone Pain (Pubalgia)

Often stems from rotational torque around the pelvis that compresses the pubic joint. We restore balanced rotation, adductor–glute synergy and breathing mechanics to reduce strain.

Meralgia Paraesthetica

This nerve gets irritated when the pelvis is tilted or rotated in a way that traps the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. We stabilise pelvis position and reduce pressure on the nerve via gait corrections.

Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Nerve Irritation

We focus on rib-cage-to-pelvis alignment, hip extension and glute function to free up the nerve pathway so numbness, burning and tingling resolve naturally.

And Much More

We've helped an extensive array of chronic pain conditions. If pain has become your "normal", get in touch or book an assessment today.
